We were extremely excited to work with Tony Robbins on his new primetime NBC show and their new Holiday website. We started out with the Breakthrough website, taking the main TR website look and giving it a lift to represent the inspiring TV show. The Breakthrough site was built in Joomla CMS to enable easy content and episode updates. It also integrated Facebook functionality throughout to take advantage of Tony's loyal fan base to spread the good word. The site was a success, the show only lasted a couple episodes, but we feel it lives on through the website!

Recently The Robbins Research Institute returned to MJD with another inspiring project, the Holiday site. The holiday site was designed to represent the season of giving and to help bundle different motivational products for stocking stuffers. MJD worked with their internal ecommerce technology, InfusionSoft, to customize a unique bundling experience using jQuery programming. The timeline was super tight, but was pulled off in time for their massive ad campaign associated with the new Holiday campaign. Black Friday and Cyber Monday were huge successes.

Veterinary Specialty Hospital's came to MJD looking to completely rebrand its web presence, making it visually more unique, not just your typical layout. We went through our custom design process that includes wireframes, use case scenarios, and user interface options. The results are a modern, full screen image look and feel that refreshes to a new background image each time, as well as ultra cool visual drop downs. The site was programmed in Joomla CMS making it easier for hospital administration to make ongoing edits and keeps it information current.

The relaunched website contains the following new features:

1. A website menu that gives audience a clearer indication of areas of the site that provides the information they are looking for.

2. An expandable submenu of specialist content that is categorized by department.

3. An online RX and food ordering form for existing customers to refill prescriptions.

4. An area for continuing education resource information and upcoming events.

5. An online newsroom that will give customers and the media up-to-date information about news announcements and press releases.

American Reliance Corp. (Amrel) decided to split their computer division off to it's own website to focus on Amrel's core services of customized, rugged computer solutions. MJD helped organize a military amount of content and product information to create the new user focused web presence. The design was created to showcase Amrel's overall product offering, but also to focus on the customization aspect of their product, while keeping a bit of military look and feel. To help manage the large amount of content and growing product line, the site is built out using the most up-to-date Drupal CMS technology. Rounding out the full-service project, we executed a legacy site SEO transition and on-page optimization for better search engine ranking.

Hartwell Medical manufactures the best-selling medical products in the trauma industry. Emergency medical specialists throughout the world prefer these products because they significantly reduce tissue, nerve and vessel damage, resulting in shorter hospital stays and reduced health care costs for patients. Hartwell needed a website that better visually displayed their products and was more of resource for resellers and visitors. MJD designed a site that uses a large visual header graphic on each page that helps show the product in use, as well as easy to find product details using tabbed sub navigation.

U.S. Communities is the leading national government purchasing cooperative, providing world-class government procurement resources and solutions to local and state government agencies, school districts (K-12), higher education institutes, and nonprofits looking for the best overall supplier government pricing. They worked with MJD to help design their complete user interface. We then worked with their internal development team, handing off perfect HMTL/CSS templates for them to implement into their proprietary system.

What do you call a yuppie couple? A Yupple of course! Just in time for the Holiday eating and drinking season, MJD launched this progressive new review site serving up San Diego based restaurant and wine reviews. Sign in to use a restaurant passport, add wines to your cellar, and comment about reviews. The site was built using Drupal CMS and includes a ton of educational content to boot. Drink and eat it up.

Certona is the market leading personalization and revenue optimization provider for online and multi-channel retailers like Staples and Victoria Secret. They chose MJD to launch its updated web presence. La Jolla Kayak has been one of our longest and most favorite clients to have the pleasure of working with. Over the past 6 years we have taken their web presence to new levels increasing overall sales, adding innovative processes, and keeping them at the top of the game in the very competitive San Diego tourism market. We have gone through two versions of new sites over the years, most recently adding a modern online reservation system, combined with a complete in store POS solution (think Apple genius bar style but more fun because it is Kayaks). The Foundation for Enterprise Development was formed by Dr. Beyster (Founder of SAIC and founding father of the Internet itself) to help foster employee ownership initiatives and education. Davis Ink is one SoCal's top interior design firms and you might recognize some of their great work at such San Diego hot spots like Fluxx, Stingaree, and Bar West, and SideBar. MJD works to keep their sexy Flash site up to date with visually appealing photos, press, and most recently a revamp to help the site feel more creative and organic. Fairbanks Village is located in beautiful Rancho Santa Fe area and needed a website that reflected how nice their commercial offices spaces are. The goal was to be very visually appealing but still appeal to search so people can find. MJD came up with a great way using AJAX instead of Flash to build out a rotating image library and interactive office map that the search engines can still index and the client can update easier than if it had been in Flash.

MJD Interactive partnered with Deal Design Group to launch a revolutionary new light weight, synthetic crown molding product website. Overall the website is modern, yet still has great calls to action to purchase the product while walking you through informational pages. Included arel video tutorials and the ability to purchase the exact length and style you want direct from the website in a simple user friendly way. The site is also built using a Ruby on Rails shopping cart solution, making it super cost effective to implement and easy to update.

Bubs Dive Bar is one of PB's oldest and our favorite local watering hole located right next door to the MJD offices, so of course we had to do their website! We designed them a unique site that matches their brand (lots of peanuts on the floor), but also helped them integrate their online marketing, specifically a social media plan for their loyal fan base. We also built the site using Wordpress CMS so that staff can regularly update with comments, photos, and specials. Launching soon is the Bubs iPhone application that will allow you to order their tasty grub to go from you iPhone!! RightsLine Software provides the tools to better track and manage assets in the digital world for companies like NBC Universal and MGM. They needed a website refresh that reflected its industry leading technology solutions. MJD provided a design solution that included imbedded videos in the home page animation that show clips of some of the more well know movies in history (Jaws, ET, Animal House). Clinical Trial Spotlight is your easy-to-use portal to finding pertinent information currently available on clinical trials. MJD built out a custom technology solution that allows clinical trial holders to pay for and manage all of their available clinical trials online. Included in one system is a CMS, email marketing database, and ecommerce functionality all working together. The San Diego Advertising Club is one of the oldest professional organizations and just happens to be the one we support the most! We have partnered with them to convert their old site into a new modern Drupal CMS solution that will allow for better membership offerings and streamlined updates to the website with new events and industry information.
