MJD Interactive Agency is located in sunny San Diego, California. Our 15 dedicated professionals spend even more time designing, marketing, and writing code than they do sun bathing and getting buff for the beach. That dedication will ensure that your project is done right and on time.
MJD Interactive is a full service interactive agency specializing in building your online presence through web design, online marketing, and technology. We think before doing, we are fun group to work with, we hit deadlines, and most importantly we do great work that produces measurable results - at a fair cost.
The first and most important step in our process. Its all about understanding your project goals so we can deliver great results. We screen all of our employees to be good listeners with very high tech instruments.
This is where good gets great. We are creative, passionate, and techy, a proven mix for online success. Based on your goals we outline our strategy, while considering your budget and get the most bang for the buck. Effective and efficient.
80% of the details happen in the last 20% of a project. We follow through on our outlined strategy to ensure our T’s and I’s are all taken care of. Our job is to make you look like a rock star for selecting MJD. We make this happen all the way through the project.
Lets make sure what we did is working. If its not, how do we fix it. Not everything we do is the best thing since sliced bread, but as long as we test, review, test some more, the results will come.
Jeremy Duimstra formed his first interactive media company in 1997 while he was still a student at Michigan State University where he received a BA in Studio Art and Interactive Design. Clients included Amway Corporation, the Smithsonian Institution, Universal Studios and Dreamworks. Jeremy relocated to California in 2000 and co-founded PixelRocket, a Carlsbad-based Web marketing firm. In May of 2002 he moved a bit further south and founded Glimpse Interactive in downtown San Diego, which has now become MJD Interactive Agency, located in Pacific Beach.
An avid public speaker, Mr. Duimstra speaks nationally to groups to help them harness the power of online marketing to achieve real, measurable results. Specific topics include search engine marketing (SEO & PPC) and social network marketing. Jeremy focuses these discussions on a mix of best practices, case studies and the real nuts & bolts how-to information that are required to take actionable items away from the event.
A graduate of Harvard Business School's Taking Marketing Digital Program, Jeremy is constantly looking to learn new things about the digital world around us. Part of learning is giving back what you know to the community, and to achieve that Jeremy serves as the Adjunct Professor of Web Marketing Strategies at the University of California, San Diego Extension Campus.
In June of 2009 Jeremy was elected to the San Diego Ad Club's Board of Directors where he serves as the Membership Chair and sits on the Interactive Committee.
Jeremy's lucky number is 12, and that also happens to be his phone extension, so give him a ring if you have any questions.
Michael Maginnis started his career client side as the marketing manager for a 30 million dollar technology company. It was there he honed his marketing skills in all mediums and helped grow the company 30% in just two years. During this time he helped launch the company's first website and found his passion for the web.
Michael moved from Connecticut to San Diego and spent five years working for one of the top interactive agencies in the country, SiteLab International. Mr. Maginnis learned his way up from Account Executive to Director of Business Development by providing cutting edge, successful online solutions for companies such as LG Electronics, WD-40, LA Fitness, and Sony Pictures. Michael is a hands on co-founder at MJD Interactive and uses his knowledge and experience to provide a dedicated level of service and industry leading solutions. Michael has a BA in Consumer Behavior with dual minors in Marketing/Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
Michael's lucky number is 23, and he has more skills than Michael Jordan. Give him a call at that extension if you have any questions.
We love working with MJD Interactive Agency, and the web site they built us is increasing our sales and fast. They added e-Commerce, Pay-Per-Click and Search Engine Optimization to our business which has added more than 20% to our bottom line and that number is growing fast.
